Common questions about renting a car
What documents do I need?
An ID card (or passport) and a driving licence. The driver must be 21 or over with at least 2 years of experience.
How much is the deposit and is it refunded?
The deposit depends on the car class and is shown on each car's page. It is held at pick-up and fully released on return.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. If pick-up is more than 24 hours away, the payment is refunded in full.
Can I return the car in another city?
Yes, you can choose a different return branch when booking.
Is there a mileage limit?
Up to 300 km per day is free. Each extra kilometre is charged separately.
Are there long-rental discounts?
Yes: 5% for 3–6 days, 10% for 7–13 days and 15% from 14 days — applied automatically.
